By accessing or using the services provided by PARCELPOINT LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
PARCELPOINT LLC provides international parcel forwarding, consolidation, and shipping services. We act as an intermediary between you and various courier services.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may not ship items that are prohibited by law, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and items restricted by export/import regulations.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. PARCELPOINT LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with your shipments. PARCELPOINT LLC is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs authorities.
PARCELPOINT LLC's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the insurance coverage purchased, whichever is applicable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Parcels stored at our warehouse are subject to storage fees after the free storage period. Items not claimed within 90 days may be disposed of.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
