Shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. Registration fees may be refunded if the parcel has not yet been processed.
Purchased shipping labels are non-refundable once generated. If a label is unused and not yet activated, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Account balance top-ups are non-refundable but can be used for any future services. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, compensation is limited to the declared value or insurance coverage. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Storage fees are non-refundable once charged. Please ensure timely pickup or shipping of stored items.
To request a refund, contact us through your account dashboard with details of your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
